Self Defense is important for EVERYONE. We have a member, Steve, that is a self defense instructor. You will receive a kubaton and learn how to use it, among other things. Bring a pen and wear comfortable clothes. This is an interactive class, so you aren't just sitting back and watching. $25 per person. Maximum of 12 people per class, so call in to book your spot with the office.
